from time to time may be assigned to him by the President or by the Directors.

Section 7.   The Secretary shall keep the minutes of the membership and the Director’s meetings in one or more books provided for that purpose, see that all notices are duly given in accordance with the provision of these By-Laws or as required, be custodian of the organizational records and the seal of the organization, and keep a register of the post office address of each Member which shall be furnished to the Secretary by such Member, have general charge of the membership roll book of the corporation and in general perform all duties incident to the office of Secretary and such other duties as from time to time may be assigned to him by the President or by the Directors.

Section 8.   If required by the Directors, the Treasurer shall give a bond for the faithful discharge of his duties in such sum and with such surety or sureties as the Directors may determine. He shall have charge and custody of and be responsible for all funds and securities of the organization, receive and give receipts for money due and payable to the organization from any source whatsoever, and deposit all such monies in the name of the organization in such banks, trust companies, or other depositories as shall be selected in accordance with these By-Laws and in general perform all of the duties incident to the office of Treasurer and such other duties as from time to time may be assigned to him by the President or by the Directors.

Section 9.   The salaries of the officers shall be fixed from time to time by the Directors and no officer shall be prevented from receiving such salary by reason of the fact that he is also a Director of the corporation.

Article VIII

Waiver of Notice

Section 1.   Notwithstanding any other provision of these By-Laws, whenever any notice of any meeting for any purpose under the provisions of these By-Laws is required to be given to any Member or Director of the organization, a waiver thereof in writing signed by the person or persons entitled to such notice, whether before or after the time stated therein, shall be equivalent to the giving of such notice.
